Had an flat tire emergency. Called a number of places with no success. David, at Pep Boys (Dover location) was able to help. Got me in the same day. Knowledgeable and sensitive to the situation. Upon arrival, Daniel was able to process the paperwork and got me on the list and was super helpful with a smile!. It was originally a 2 hour wait but they were able to get me out of there in than an hour. My technician, Eric, even came out to provide some additional information about the tire and to ensure my safety. The team at Pep Boys (Dover) made a very stressful situation easier to deal with and I cannot thank them enough.

I left my car at this location for alignment today. They told me it will be ready in an hour and a half. I went to pick up my car 3 hours later and my car was still not finished. They asked me to wait another half hour and I accepted it. 20 minutes later they told me to bring the car another day. and they knew I was going to go the long distance by making my car worse than before. I survived the danger of an accident 2 times on the road. Do not take service from a place run by a few amateurs who do not value human life.

Was quoted for 2 hours for all 4 tires and an alignment (which is perfectly reasonable). We walked to nearby stores for 2 hours and upon returning the car was still in the lot. Turns out the whole shop went to lunch and failed to notify us via our number that was given to them or even before we left to kill time. we ended up waiting another 2 hours. Very poor business practices and extremely unorganized. Would only recommend you giving your money to ANYBODY else nearby.

This is the worst pep boys ever. I set appointments multiple time just to get there for them to tell me no tech is available while they all stand in the back doing nothing. I do not recommend them at all. Total waist of time and very unprofessional
