Horrible manager. After getting the wrong parts I went into the store, gave them my vin number and vehicle details to verify the parts I bought would fit my car. After recieving the wrong parts a second time, I returned to the store and was denied service, called names by the manager (fritz), and kicked out. The other staff were helpful and pleasant, and did not understand why Fritz wouldn't let them sell me parts they had in stock. Extremely disappointed with Juneau's O'Reilly! The store is also very hard to shop due to the understocked shelves and walkways overflowing with unorganized pallets of merchandise that won't ever make it out of the boxes. Maybe time for a new manager?

I bought wipers for my Sprinter van at Walmart and ended up thinking I was too stupid to install them when I couldn't figure out how
I went to O'Reilly's and the gentleman there explain to me that they couldn't be installed in my van ,I needed ones with an OE suffix
Sure enough, with the OE suffix the wipers went on in 30 seconds and it was no big deal..

Ordered replacement bulbs for my vehicle's low beam headlights on Wednesday. Arrived and was notified on Friday. Employee there was able to assist with installing them on site when I picked up my order. Also appreciated that the employee told me that he would try as some vehicles changing this type of part can be more complicated.

The staff seem to know what they're doing and while they didn't have what I was looking for, they did help me find an adequate alternative. Based on some of the other reviews I was expecting to be treated much worse. No, the staff didn't roll out the red carpet for me and give me the VIP treatment but why should they? I was there to complete a transaction and get on with my day. That's exactly what happened so I'm satisfied.

The products are fine and the staff is usually knowledgeable. Prices are high but not outrageous. My beef is with the customer service. Some of the worst in Juneau. Never a smile when you walk in. Generally not friendly interaction. I always feel like I'm an annoyance to them rather than the guy walking in with the wallet. Not once have I been thanked after completing a transaction, which always involves me giving them money. I often walk out of there gritting my teeth because of the disrespectful treatment.
This has been consistent there for years, obviously tolerated by management. NAPA is usually my last resort.

If they don’t have the cheapest prices in town it’s because they sell quality stuff. And IF you happen to have an issue, they stand behind their stuff. Warranty replacement at no cost.
Their kind of quality is rare these days so check them out for your next lawn mower, trimmer, saw or tractor purchase. You might pay a little more up front but it’s definitely been worth it for me!

Great place to rent equipment! I rented an E35 excavator for working in my backyard. Everybody in the shop was friendly and helpful, what I wanted was available the day I wanted it, the machine was in great condition, and I was charged exactly what I expected. The delivery driver was great as well; he gave me a quick run down on how to work the machine when he delivered it and even swept up some mud that fell on the road when he picked it up.

We purchased a new S550 with buckets, forks, and strap-on rubber padded tracks earlier this year. Colter, the owner, was extremely helpful in specifying what would work to fill our needs, applying all rebates, and maximizing the options while keeping the price lower than what we could purchase the same machine here in Anchorage - after paying for ferry and overland shipment from Juneau. I see the other reviews and scratch my head as our experience has been top notch.
