The reason for this rating is simple. When you order and pay for a part, you should be able to send your client the information needed to let the consumer know when your item is being shipped out. When you are not going to be present Mark, you should make your co-workers aware of any orders going out. You should have to hear "I don't know what you discussed, he is not here." Purchasing an item and paying for it on the 5th and it not leaving for a week is unacceptable. Be upfront about it and don't be untruthful about when it was shipped. And please don't respond with that generic "auto-response" you give everyone who complains.

I drove from homestead to them and they guaranteed that they had the correct rim for my car. After purchasing the rim and driving back to homestead the rim did not fit my car. We called to see what they can do about it and all they could respond was they would give us a call back which in other words is they aren’t going to do anything about it. One day I was surfing the web for salvage parts. I came across their website and saw a vehicle rims that I liked, and called in to request a quote. The rep told me he can offer $500 flat for all 4 rims with tires, which they had on in stock for that vehicle. So the next day I decided to hop in the car and take a drive there to purchase cash in had 4 times with rims. I pull up and there were two males outside. Told them what I came for, and was quick to tell me they don’t have those rips he sold them about a month ago. I showed him my call list and the minutes I stayed on the phone with their number which is on the website. They asked me who I spoke to, of course I’m going to remember who I spoke to. So dude had a smirk on this face and took me inside to the manager. I explain my situation and told him that someone the day before told me that these rims were in stock, and I drove 60 miles to find out that they were sold a month ago. They spoke in Spanish and I pretended like I didn’t speak Spanish as well, but that another story. Unprofessional at all levels, complains about their system not updating to accuracy, so who really knows what’s the truth... never again I left to never return.

Been there many times , most of the employees are helpful and decent enough , there has only been one occasion I had a problems with , my wallet was stolen so when I got there I didn't have ID the guy acted like it was a big problem but they fixed me in the office. They pay for copper same day so I go there , bit off a long drive but worth it

Tried to rip me off by offering a very low amount (15) for my factory/OEM medium sized foreign catalytic converter. I won't do business with a company that won't abide by the scrap value. They offer what they feel they cant get by with. I pulled up with the cat in a box and before I could even take the heat shield off to have it inspected for size and factory markings he was ready to offer a low amount. When I asked what he was basing his evaluation off of he started to stutter. Im not ignorant to the criteria to for assessing value. I'll find somewhere else to recycle.
Also I understand the nature of a junk yard but it would be best for the customer if they would keep the driving paths of the recycling vehicles a free of debris that causes flat tires. Ive gotten a flat tire on 1/2 visits

It was nice. Fast friendly, except the lady at the second window. She seemed a little cranky. After driving through went inside for pay and we happened to be coming in as a prayer circle formed. My boyfriend and I didn't know what the prayer was for at that time. We both stopped and held that prayer with them. We both mentioned later that we courgette sadness in these people for this loss. We came ti the first window with that lady behind it crying. Neither of us said anything, yet I could feel her pain through the bullet proof glass. As we came around to the ATM for pay a gentle man informed us that the prayer was for a co-workers life that was lost to covid. I hope is family can feel the love and hurt these workers have for them and the life lost to covid today. We sure did. May the good Lord bless the family and friends of this, obviously very loved and now forever missed, gentleman and to all the family's who've experienced a tragic loss in their lives to to any reson Thank you to those in that prayer circle today. You filed my heart with joy.

I didn’t think my tires were that hard to find BUT FINDING USED GOOD ONES it is. Not to many people had cheaper new ones either talking about 500 or more. Even this mans new tires were 100 less than anyone but the 4 used tires this man sold me (well he mounted balanced and put them on as well) was the best price in town!!! I sent my husband up there and sir your service is amazing and we will DEFINITELY COME BACK TO YOU AGAIN AND AGAIN!!! We went for an answer to a question. We will definitely go back for any questions, issues, or tire maintenance. The guy there knew his stuff, asked for a fair price, and we got 4 tires and rim changes all done in about an hour. Definitely recommend.

Just spoke with Aaron on the phone, and he was very helpful. I need some wheels for my car, and they have a whole set available of what I'm needing. He described the vehicle and condition of the wheels, and took my order. Said that he will call me when the wheels are pulled and ready for pick-up in the next few days. I'm looking forward to doing business with these guys.
Update: Aaron called me back just a few hours later and said that the wheels were ready to pick up the same day I called! I got there as quick as I could, and he was standing at the desk ready to help me check out. The wheels I needed were already sitting out front and are exactly as advertised. Aaron even came out and helped me load them into my truck as I was leaving... I will definitely be doing more business with these folks. Super professional, clean office and parking area, and they sell quality parts. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Purchased an engine from here and it was delivered within a reasonable time frame. My mechanic had it installed with the old engine ready to be shipped back within two days. I called Albert and he said he’d send someone out soon and call me back. He never called me back. This same thing happened about a dozen times over three months.
They still haven’t picked up my engine so I can get my core charge back. It’s also taking up a lot of space in my mechanics shop. I have wasted an incredible amount of time calling them and waiting around after they would tell me a day they would pickup and no one would show up.
I just want my engine to be picked up.
Edit after the owners response: They made no indication that delivering my engine to another state would be a “special exception” until it came time to pickup my old engine so I can get my core charge back. They can’t call me back but they’re pretty quick to respond to a bad review.

I would not recommend this company period they are the absolute worst!! I purchased a drive shaft two weeks ago and was told for a week it had been shipped. Just to find out that my part hasn't been shipped and provided me with a bogus tracking number. They then got mad because i was pestering them for the part after 2 weeks. Would never do business with this sorry company again.
