if i could give half a star i would, an apparent refund was issued to me 35 days ago, and still have not received it. I called for a part and pre paid, on delivery date i was never delivered the part so i then called and they said it was defective and they'd send me another, again with no communication besides me calling and asking the second part still no delivery so i purchased elsewhere and my $400 has still not been refunded and calling to speak to the person in charge "Joe" is always unavailable.

Purchased parts online, part turned out to be unsuitable for what i needed. Requested a refund, no refund executed. Made 3 phone calls and was ultimate referred to the owner who is only person authorized to do a refund for web sales. No refund, no communications. Wont be back.

Ordered a part. Was required to pre-pay for a damaged part. Took a week of waiting and follow up calls AFTER paying for the part just for ME to have to call THEM and finally revealing that the part is broken. When you are running a business this stuff is not acceptable at all. New or used why make someone pre pay and then let them know??

Too small for semi…. Slide your tandems forward. Swing as wide as you can. Every inch matters here. Do not pull in to the yard unless directed by employees. Park on the street. Will get you out otherwise. Heavy civilians traffic out here. Will jump you all the time. Once when you pass all this horror, they’ll send you to a “shipping” docks. You must be really good. No space to straightening the rig. Must find the right angle. Once you’re loaded back on the scale. When you’re done pull from the scale continuously (without stopping) but don’t exceed 5mph so they can get load “heat” reading (somehow they forgot to mention). They didn’t catch mine so I looped again (another 10-15 min). After all that two hours and 45 min in my case, you’re good to go Sucks, I know. Far away from 5 star rating but people are trying hard here.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone, very rude staff as they assume you should now there process and become frustrated if u don't! I'm also sure there drive on scale is not accurate or only good for large semi loads! Scale bounces 20- 100 pounds while parked in same spots and varys more so in different spots. Seems pretty sketchy to me!!
