I was there about 3 yrs ago and was satisfied. Bought a replacement slider for my trailer. In a few days the job was done and with little down time I was ready to roll thus making back some of my lost wages. The men that worked there at that time were priceless. All of this was before Covid so I hope all are ok.

This place is excellent. I go here for parts for my motorhome. They have many wrecked and fire damage RVs that you can pull your own parts from. It is a great savings and able to find parts that are very difficult or impossible to find new. Their prices and service are great and allowed return of parts that did not fit with no problem. They will also pull parts for you but much cheaper if you do it yourself.

Mechanical work is ok, their electrical work is horrible, had them work on a few vehicles, they both started blowing fuses, found wires rubbed against metal causing a short to ground, no wire loom, no electrical tape, nothing to protect the wires, had to repair and redone all their wiring on two vehicles, one short was so bad it killed power to the ignition system, and left the drive stranded until I was able to come fix it. They charge a premium, but are definitely amateurs. Attached is a picture of a crimp on connection that was under the vehicle and you can see it was only partial wrapped in electrical tape. This connection should have been soldered and shrink wrapped. It cost me a man down two hours plus myself spending an hour before I found the issue.

Ok. Not real sure where to begin this review, but I’ll start from the first visit I guess. My first time in this store, I was looking at what they had to offer for a service truck in my fleet and also looking for a place to do all of my upcoming fleet truck setups. I’m the kind of business owner that once I find someone I like, I’m loyal to that company / business owner. My first visit, I was impressed. The salesman (don’t remember his name) seemed very knowledgeable on all the products they had in stock along with all the installation requirements and costs. That was refreshing as I had been to three other stores that same day and the salesman at the front counter of the other stores could not give me the answers I was looking for like this place did. First fleet truck I purchased (my fleet has been mainly van’s until this truck) was here recently in or about April or May. I financed in several thousand in funds for a work camper and other additions to the truck. When I first met the owner, Donnie, I was a little taken back. I couldn’t tell if he seemed grumpy because he was busy or grumpy because, well just because. After I got to know him a little bit more, I realized two things. One, he will tell you the truth and how it is. He’s a very straight forward guy (in a good way), and two, he’s one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet should you have the privilege to get to know the man even a little. He knows more about vehicle accessories, installations, etc., than any vehicle accessories store I’ve ever been too (and trust me, I’ve been to a lot owning a fleet of vehicles for my service company). You may come into the store with an idea of a brand of something you want, and if there is one that’s better quality and cheaper, he will show you that option without you even asking him. He did this with me on a brush guard and ultimately saved me about $300.00, not to mention I got a better product as well. The staff and installation crew working for the store are pretty amazing people. They don’t cut corners or rig stuff. They install it correctly and ensure their craftsmanship is perfect, which unfortunately in todays market, that’s rare. My overall impression of the owner, Donnie, and his staff are by far 5+ Star quality. I will be buying numerous fleet trucks over the next couple of years and every single vehicle I get will go to Donnie’s shop for the add-ons. I don’t care if another shop offers me a 50% discount and gives me a full truck set up free of charge, I wouldn’t take it. Donnie is who I will purchase all of my truck additions for my service fleet from now until the day he retires (or kicks me to the curb because I always need me stuff done yesterday, LOL). Thats the joys of running a business though, everything needs to get done and get done yesterday. In Summary, don’t waste your time going to another accessories dealer. Your only going to get the best quality and selection from Pickup Truck Accessories Warehouse, hands down 5 Star ALL DAY LONG. Go there. Buy there. You won’t leave disappointed.

Knowledgeable, Professional, and Local. Need I say more? Well, yes! After getting an uneasy feeling from a “chain” for offroad parts. I decided to shop locally. I am so glad I did! From beginning to end, everything came out perfect; they are getting my business again. Run by two Brothers, they have great prices and did a fantastic job on the installs. They turned my Tacoma into something better than from the factory! 10/10 would shop here again.

MB Auto and Truck Accessories recently installed an Eibach Pro-Truck coilover stage 2 kit and an ICON 1.5” AAL on my 2021 Tacoma TRD OffRoad. I picked the truck up yesterday evening, it turned out great! I’m very pleased with the appearance, and the way it drives. I had a good experience dealing with Mike, he was professional, responsive, and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions. I have never used MB Auto before, based on customer reviews I decided to give them a try, glad I did. I’m sure I’ll do business with MB Auto in the future.

I had a great experience with MB Auto. These guys are more than just an aftermarket parts business, they are enthusiasts too! Communication through the process of purchase through install was outstanding. I live about 7 hours away and picked up my van the day before and then traveled to Indianapolis for some OWL products. Mike worked me into the schedule on short notice and his brother came in to do the install early on a Saturday morning so I could be on my way home a bit earlier in the day. Even though they are a small ”mom and pop” type business, they stock many parts that could take months to get in if ordered. It was fun to look through their store and actually put hands and eyes on the quality of the products they carry. There is also a great lounge in the upper level to relax and wait in. Free coffee, water and clean restrooms are also available. I was also given info on local places who’d deliver lunch to their store. I couldn’t be happier with the service, care, quality and work done by MB Truck & Auto. Everything looks great and was done right! Thank You, I will be back!

The only reason I’m giving this place one star is because that’s the only option. I drove over an hour to look at an engine that wouldn’t even run when I got there. The first thing the guy said was you waited till almost closing to come. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. Look somewhere else is my best advice.

Great experience every time I come here. Super helpful staff that know their stuff! I called and they were able to get me in same day. Turns out I only needed a relay replaced and repositioned to fix my issue. I was in and out in less than 30 min ready to get after it!

Spent :25-:30 minutes planning a full King suspension for my 4Runner. I told the man at the counter I was ready to purchase now. He told me he would check on parts availability and call me back. I gave him my number. It’s been two months and I haven’t heard from him.

Better off as I didn’t get the greatest feeling here. Felt like the man at the counter was trying to push me towards Fox and Rough Country because the were more readily available.

Hung Vu

They act like I wasn’t in the store since I walk in. They only install their stuff they sell, not your supply or part. But when I order stuffs from them (like 3 times), it not in stock either, but when I order it, they said they gonna shipped to my house, which never happened and I have to go to the store to pick it up yourself. What a joke, and good luck trying to call them if you available all day of waiting, they always have an excuse like they short staff or they still update their system. C’mon it’s a big company brand.
