This was my first time ever buying a used part. The staff made it so easy to find what I need the manager stopped what he was working on with tires to help me look up other vehicles that I could get an alternator from and even explained why there was 3 different alternators for my vehicle. He walked me out to the GM area to show me where I needed to go. I saved money and received better customer service than going to auto parts store. Travis and staff are a blessing and my car will be running shortly for a fraction of the cost of what I was originally expecting. I have had previous negative encounters with a woman in the sales staff. Upon my visit today she wasn’t there. The sales staff was very friendly and was laughing and joking with several of the other customers. It was nice being able to check out with my parts and not being yelled at from across the store to come to the last register. Tisha was amazingly friendly and the manager was quick to help her get my wheels rang up correctly! This is how customer service is supposed to be! Hoping the female manager has transferred to another store as this staff was perfect.

Just wanted to share my experience. I've been looking for a part foe my car for awhile now and I've had no luck. I was told about Pull A Part and let me just share that Tisha the receptionist was sooo sweet and amazing! She was very helpfully! Called on 9/20/22 got a quote for my car was told I’d be on the route that day for pickup, driver has trouble with truck and can’t make it to pick up. So I call and reschedule for the following Monday, called that morning to confirm I was on the route, wait all day for pickup calling to get ETA on drivers arrival dispatch kept assuring me I was still on route. Driver no calls and never shows up. Very displeased with this whole experience.

Ordered a passenger side rear lens for a 2009 Mercedes ML 350, received it quickly and on time however it was the wrong one. I Contacted the company by phone, left several messages and never received an email or return call at all and it’s been over a month now. Stuck with the wrong product, I can even use. Hopefully the will call me to resolve the problem.

Ordered a $200 engine computer for BMW. Before ordering, I asked if there was any damage, they said "No". I received the unit with broken/missing tabs. I cannot sell this or program this unit to my customer. I contacted them and they did nothing. It was not broken during the transit, because the pieces are not in the box, clearly it broke when they were removing it.
Do not order through them online or over the phone. They will blame it on you or the career.
