Very friendly, helpful, hard working staff that'll help you with unloading!! That kind of help is incredibly rare down here!! Now, let's move onto the not so positive experience I had here. If you want to get what you deserve for the specific types of scrap that you bring in, show up with plenty of time to ensure everything's accurate! They're well aware of what you bring, it's up to you to personally ensure accuracy! If you bring in #1 copper, make sure to tell them it's not #2!! If you bring in brass, tell em! If you bring in transformers or other valuable pieces, tell em & any other specifics you feel that needs to be addressed! Oh and lastly, if you haul in any pieces that are in containers that you'd like back, be sure to communicate that as well...I don't believe that they're out to get over on anyone personally, they're busy with lots going on at all times & if you're naive or new to the game, it's easy to see specifics get missed! At least that's the opinion I'd like to hold about this location. Thanks

This was my first time taking in scrap metal ever was a little unsure of the process of the whole ordeal but yet ,the employees where very helpful and friendly and I also observed that the customers where treated as friends/family Ms. Brittany at the weight station was very helpful and I observed her going the extra mile to make sure that a gentleman's paper work wasn't left behind.

We got there about 15 minutes before they closed. After unloading the trailer of metal we drove around and they were just closing the doors. They were nice enough to keep them open so we could weigh up the rest of the metal we had. Thanks y'all. You saved us a trip tomorrow.

My go-to place for replacement parts for my Lexus cars. So so easy to do a good part of the maintenance yourself with Rockauto and YouTube. My local dealer wanted $65 to replace the cabin air filter--needless to say I saved, oh, $60 by purchasing an OEM filter from RockAuto and installing it myself :) thanks again, only complaint I would have is they don't sell that awesome strapping tape they use on the boxes!

Can’t beat them on price and quality. Awesome return policy just make sure you hold on to the box till you verify the part is good so you can send it back if it happens to have a defect. Shipping is free if you want you can pay for next day. Been buying my parts from rock auto five years now and every thing i have purchased has not disappointed. Plus they send you discount codes all the time when they all ready have the best prices I’ve found.

I used Rockauto several times now with no issues. The last time I ordered parts from them they sent a part that was slightly different. Made me question the parts weather they were right or not. Didn't even look like what was on the website. Even had a different picture when I was returning it. I explained it in the summary, but ended up costing me about $60.00 to ship them back. I also sent them a picture of the two parts side by side. You can clearly see the difference in the bushings. This was not my fault, but I ended up paying for there mistake. There's no way to call and talk to anyone over the phone either. I would highly recommend (even if it cost slightly more) to go to a local auto parts store. Then if there's a problem it can be resolved. Once again, Rockauto sent the wrong part!

I was not at all satisfied with my purchase from Rock Auto. I just wanted to buy a piece for a reasonable price, but it cost me a lot. Two "Moog" brand "Control Arm" that I bought for my Kia Optima on October 30, 2020, broke, even five months didn't pass away! When I wanted to replace this part, which was obviously of inferior quality, with a better part, Ralph from customer service told me that the warranty was valid for the same part, I had to repurchase the same part. In the meantime, I realized that the warranty given by Rock Auto does not provide complete protection. I paid twice for shipping to get this part with a warranty from Rock Auto and return the old part. My vehicle was in the service for two days, and I paid 250$ for labor costs. Unfortunately, my problem is not over yet. Only six months have passed since this repair we made in April; on October 15, the piece on the left broke again (see the attached picture!). To not incur the same costs again, I bought the piece at the head of the broken piece for $40, gave it $100 to the master too, and repaired my vehicle. Is it over? No! After one month, this time, the right side one broke (see attached video!). I bought a piece from Rock Auto; I regretted it a thousand times. I will also write this experience as customer feedback. UK reviewer. Orders have always come quickly and even things like Spark Plugs have always worked out cheeper to order from here and have imported than buying from Halfrauds or equivalent. Never had a fault or broken part sent.
