You lose a star because you have an environmental fee on just about everything now. An core charge for an door and a fender? Nickle and dime you to D--th. I literally left with not even a dollar left in my pocket and that's bad. I couldn't even get a cheese burger for myself after all that hard work. This place used to be way less expensive than U-auto-pull-it. I don't want to see all these core fees and environmental fees everywhere. I usually don’t like going places like this but I had the most helpful experience today. I need to get some wheels so I could move my car… it was stolen from so I was having a bad day. Shannon Day, the lady at the checkin was so nice and helpful. She accepted my payment to get in , then left her post to come help me get a golf cart because everyone else was busy. Before I went out to the lot.. she reminded me to get a drink because it was hot out.
I honestly felt like she wasn’t accepting my bad mood and I appreciate her for that. Even though I only came in for 1 spare tire… because of her, I purchased a whole set and signed up for a membership. I will definitely go there again. Thanks Shannon for assisting me.

Well, I don't have much money to fix my fan, so I tried this place. Found one that looks right but have know idea if it does or not work. Each workers I asked said they could not test it, but you can return it in 30 days if it doesn't work. Oh, you can return this $38 part and only get $4 dollars back and $34 store credit. WHAT?! They said it's printed on your receipt, ...? I have to buy it, to find this out! Still I looked again and another bad part. A waste of a HOT day messing with this place. They have their parts and my money and I CAN"T go anywhere else. Your not saving any money or time here!!!!
