I get there and the owners daughter who as a new silver buyer a few months ago. Told me that I know it's $5.or$5.50 over spot like last time. Even though the one and only time I was there was six months ago. When she got the better of me. I was with.my six yr old boy bouncing off the wall.. hey I get it buyers be ware ....call them and ask how much over spot then do the math. P. S. Don't take your money to these people.. in the past six months I have spent my money with honest people.. I'm 57 single Dad.. trying to invest in my six year old son future..

I would like to leave a 1 star and I’ll explain why 1 my original review was terrible and was written under the influence of alcohol and not that that’s an excuse but I have discovered hard liquor is not my friend I’m rude and inappropriate and angry ! So for the vulgar nature of my review I would like to say I’m sorry I’m the most utmost sincere way I will meet you in the middle with that ! I am sorry for the offense !!! However what drove this comment from the angry drunk man inside !!! Every time I had come to coins plus ! I’ve seen others poorly treated low balled offended by the staff and they act like they are superior ! Now thinking one is more important or superior is an illness every staff here has been ignorant or non attentive ! I had the woman who has received the most 1 star reviews make me wait 1 hr while she did more important projects in the back !!! Mind you every experience prior just as rude and ignorant ! I asked about large note currency and she said we have none clearly there were several upfront in the display so that was a lie !! Snooty unwillingness to help and would say things to the effect of am I just spinning my wheels, is that all you want ! Idk

Every single workers customer service there is disgusting and despicable!!! The fact you would even have reviews clearly stating your terrible behaviors to customers and you’ve done nothing to change that ! It’s terrible you’re bullying people ! And I’ve watched you low ball and turn customers away and lie to them !!! You offered someone 2,000$ for a diamond ring when the people next door offered her 9,000 $ that’s terrible ! There isn’t an excuse for my actions yet there is absolutely none for yours either !!!

I liked this coin store when I was a kid, visited today for the first time in 15 years and I was appalled at the customer service, I don't think I have been treated so rudely before, the lady working was very rude when I was trying to understand their pricing. Will never go back, I hope that lady can find happiness and be less cranky.
