Ordered a part. It’s now a week late and everyday the tracking on it pushed the delivery date out. The owner is very rude and doesn’t care. Every morning when I check it it’s pushed out another day. They said they would put it out on Monday and didn’t end up doing it tell Wednesday so now it’s all delayed. Rude and unprofessional.

Sadly they wanted far more for a used part that it would be new. They also didn't seem too concerned about helping the customer. I called three times and was promised a call back that I never received. I ended up going just to be treated like my business didn't matter to them at all. This place has such a great legacy, it's sad to see it become a place that doesn't care about its customers. I will never buy anything from here again.

Went here looking for a 1973-1977 Monte Carlo front bumper. Was told they had one for 70 bucks. Walked through the lot and bumper racks and saw at least 3 montes with bumpers still on them. Went back to the office and was shown a bumper off of a 1970, which was completely wrong... then was told he doesnt have any 73-77 bumpers... saw a couple cars I'd be interested in purchasing for demolition derby, (so it's not like I need a title anyway) but was told they dont sell complete cars, which makes no sense considering Frieburger and Finnegan tossed together and drove a truck out for 2000 bucks. Very hard to negotiate with Jerry.

this is the only junkyard I go to, its tradition since my father used to go to this lot when i was younger. about a month ago I dropped my personal set of keys on the ground and the employee informed me that a customer brought it in. I am so grateful for that employee and the customer to return my keys. Its really a blessing to have honest employees and the community to be kind enough to get me back to where I needed to go. I searched all over the lot and traced my steps until I spoke with who I believe was the manager. He asked me what I had on my keychain and then I told him what was on it. He returned it to me safely. I offered him $20 for returning them but he refused to take it and asked me to write a review. Thank you sir I appreciate you so much!

First time there. The nice lady asked what kind of car I was looking for I told her and she printed out a location sheet that told me where the location of the cars I was looking for. Signed me up for a membership and they will send msgs on the weekly specials. The guy who I payed for the parts I got offered me a cold water because I was hot and tired. I'm disabled and it's hard for me to get around sometimes. A great experience.

I just bought a 89 Chevy truck and wanted to get a few parts. I’ve been going to pick n pull but wanted to try this place out . Got a seatbelt and went to go pay for it and they wanted to charge me $50 because it an”electric” seatbelt. I asked them how it’s electric. They said because it retracts by itself. So I went to pick n pull website and they sell retracing seatbelts for 20$. I ended up just buying a brand new one on Amazon for 50$. Place was very clean though and organized if not for that I would have gave them a 1 star.
