Bucks 4x4 completed some extensive upgrades to our "stock" Jeep Wrangler. Everything turned out just perfect! We get compliments and comments everywhere we go! We will be back to get even more upgrades done soon!

First and last time using Bucks 4x4. Have some Amp power steps that were under warranty and not retracting. Made the appointment and no mention of a charge for labor. I have no problem paying a reasonable labor rate to fix the issue but unfortunately after they cleaned the steps and sprayed it with some WD40 (which apparently took 2 hours) it’s no better than it was when I took it in. I would have been better off giving my $230 to the guy with the cardboard sign on the corner.

Love the helpful staff that help me find the correct parts ( bulbs)/ lithium grease & loan me the tools to fix it on site to prevent a ticket before I can get home . I've always had good experiences at any and all autozones, I recently moved and this is the one closest to my house. I will never go back to this location, the manager that was there obviously lacks customer service skills, he only cares about making a sale instead of making the correct sale, I had to go back to this location twice to exchange items. The stuff that I needed was simple, a headlight bulb and stuff for an oil change, I could've figured out what ones I needed on my own but he seemed so sure and positive that he knew what he was doing, so I went with it. I had to argue with him to take the oil filter back because it had a finger print of oil on it. His reasoning for my items being incorrect was because their system gives 2 options but he never asked which one it would be, like every other autozone I've gone to has, this is the worst experience I've had anywhere ever.
