I called to ask what would be accepted for recycling. The receptionist spoke very quickly upon answering, and as soon as I said I had some questions, she put me on hold. I wasn’t on hold for very long, but I felt like I was bothering her when she got back on the phone. “Just bring it in” was her quick response to two of the three things I asked about. She attempted to answer my questions in a very short and speedy response as if she didn’t have time to talk to me. She did mention she would try to answer my questions in between customers. I apologize for bothering her at a busy time, but that was unpredictable on my end. I had no idea. Our entire phone call was less than one minute. I wasn’t about to ask for anymore information (I’ve never recycled items here before). I didn’t feel important enough to deserve service.

Salesman offered us a price that we accepted . The price was not very high but we wanted to move it out of our facility. They were supposed to pay us upon taking the merchandise. That didn't happen. Then the salesman said that they could not use the scrap because there were bolts that had to be removed. He knew what we had before picking it up, it was screens for screen printing and it was very easy to remove the bolts. He then said that he was not going to pay us what he offered it would be approximately one third of the price. We said send it back. He said he would deliver it back to us but would charge us 550 dollars to return it. In short it was extortion.
They delivered the steel back in bad shape with the pallet damaged and the driver this time could not understand why they didn't use the metal that we had. He said that it would have been fine to use. In short either they are not a good company or their representative is dishonest. Very unhappy and will pursue this if need be. We are a reputable company and I have never seen such unprofessional behavior in all the years I have been in business.
