Watched the owner put the scale to negative..before placing items on it......was very disrespectful....and it smelled like dead mice in the whearhouse .... my scrap was separated and they tried to put it all together.... ... I took my metals elsewhere...and everyone else should too... ... plus I think everyone is working illegally.... sad to be call an American owned business.....sad...

While doing a big house cleaning, I found some old silverware and a few gold pieces I wanted to try and sell, but didn't know where to take it. I found Garfield Refining on-line and decided to give them a try. I requested a free shipping label and received an email to download a label right away. In less than 10 days, I received an email from Eric Koppelman with a copy of the check they would be sending along with how they would be sending it and the timeline. I am very happy with how quick and easy the entire process was. It's fun to get a check in the mail and not have to do too much to get it! I would definitely recommend Garfield Refining.

I found an envelope and a tooth that my elderly mother had not sent in. I wondered if it was worth it and how good the company might be. Well, I was very pleased that they notified me when it arrived and later gave me detailed results of the gold and things in the tooth. The check arrived soon after that!
