Poor service
Went in and there were 3 employees working and 4 people waiting. There was absolutely no sense of urgency with the employees to assist the waiting customers. As I was waiting next in line a guy walked in that was obviously a friend of one of the employees. The employee looked right at me and said "you don't mind if I help him real quick, do you?" Then proceeded to talk and assist his buddy. I had been waiting for about 5 to 10 minutes and just walked out.
Ladies and gentlemen....
Look at the reaction of the owner to the negative review. It's not apologizing for his employees actions, it's not saying what he has done to make sure this won't happen to another customer.
It's making fun of the review poster and minimizing his own poor behavior by offering a discount for mentioning his own bad customer service.

My experience was horrible at this location. Ask the man behind the counter if he could possibly help me by coming out and looking at my vehicle. Now I'm not to mention there's no other customers in the store it was just him and another guy that was working looking at something on the computer, must have been more important than having good customer service. I will never go there again not to mention don't ask them to help you do anything we have obviously all they know is where to set things on the shelf and how to use a computer. Not real mechanics

Prices they quoted me for brakes and rotors were $500 less than what Toyota quoted me at. You'll end up saving a lot on parts here vs a dealer.
