If you are looking a space to lose your money it is "4-Auto Parts LLC". That guy bought a headlight from us and mailed me a shipping label to ship it to him. We did. After that he ask me to return his money because I put my invoice in the box ?!?!? He resell it right the way to his buyer. That's not a problem at all (it's a business). But he asks the money back because his buyer saw a price he paid us and keeps a headlight. It's a SCAM!!! He opened a case against us to get his money back. Can you believe it??? Perfect headlight, shipped on time, nothing wrong from our part. Shame on you Charles!!! Read all feedback about this guy. 80% of them are negative. I received a part quote from 4-Auto Parts that was far below any other quote I had received from other sources including eBay. I was a bit apprehensive so I did some Google research on 4-Auto and saw some negative reviews so I contacted 4-Auto directly. Charles reassured me he would do everything he could to be sure I was satisfied with him and his company so I decided to give them a try.
The part was shipped quickly and was exactly as described and worked perfectly.
I would not hesitate to use 4-Auto again and would have no problem recommending them to my friends and family.

Do not order parts from these guys. They are crooks!! I ordered two seats for a Toyota 4 runner. Paid for them via VISA/pay pal. I called repeatedly to find out when they would ship. After promising they would ship within 24 - 48 hours, two weeks later, they still had not shipped. After threatening to cancel the order, they finally shipped them via Greyhound packaging service supposedly to my shipping address which I provided. Several days later I get a call form greyhound to come pick them up, which is over an hour away!!!!I told them to ship back to sender and will be canceling the order. I ahev also filed a complaint with them on the BBB. They are already pretty poor on the BBB. I wish I would have seen that prior to ordering....
I have since called Visa and let them know that I never received these goods and will be receiving a credit.. Do yourself a favor and avoid these clowns like the plague....

We purchased a headlight from them that was shipped to us. Upon arrival we discovered had a strobe drilled into the back of it. My customer did not want to use a $300 headlight that was not up to par. When I informed them that the part was not a good part and I wanted to return it they wanted me to pay the shipping back on it. Charles (the manager) stated that it is a used part and that they did not care enough to look at the parts before they send them out. This is unacceptable and not a level of customer service and satisfaction that I want to deal with I would also suggest that anyone looking for parts to avoid this business.

Honestly, I wish I could give them zero stars. Their website says they are open until 4:30. I understand the need to get people in and out and close on time, as I run a retail business myself. However, when I arrived at 4:15, there were two men at the gate; one making the "cut off" sign across his neck and yelling "WE'RE CLOSED". I thought I misunderstood him, because I was clearly there in time and only 3 pieces that could have easily been done in less than 15 minutes. The one man that was not doing the yelling or signaling walked up to my truck. I said that the website says that they are opened until 4:30 and he said, "He closes when he wants to and I guess he wants to close now so you're out of luck". What type of customer service is that? Even if that is the case, to be spoken to in that manner is uncalled for and totally unprofessional. I only had a few items today, but I have A LOT of metal to get rid of along with numerous other people that were looking for a good salvage place. I went there with my few items to kind of "shop" them and see how everything went. The beginning was great. I did an inquiry online and was called by Monique the next day. She was very professional and kind and answered all of my questions. However, past that, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And, I certainly will not return with my few pieces, nor my truckloads. I deal with customers every single day; some are nice, some are not; many are in distress when they come to me. But I always treat everyone the same; with courtesy and respect. You just never know who you might be talking to or how much business they might be able to bring to your location. Monique and the front end of the business get 5 stars; back end ZERO. Shame.

Called about an engine for sale, they told me 4 days to pull it and I could come get it. They told me ahead of time that card payments are 3% extra, so I could plan ahead and bring cash. They had my engine strapped on a palet and ready to go when I got there and loaded it for me. Installed the engine that night and it runs very well. Best price around.

Ted is the worst. Even the yard guys told me that if he's in a bad mood or having a rough day, he'll lie and say the parts aren't in inventory when they are. One of the yard guys took me to a parts truck that Ted said they didn't have. I wasted 3 hours here and I'll never ever come back.

I would not recommend. I placed offer on vehicle and a return call was never given. It’s like the don’t really want my business. When I called back the other individual who answered sarcastically told me he was to busy to return calls. We then agreed on a price and he sarcastically told me he needed 2k to hold the vehicle one week non-refundable. I was going to pay cash for vehicle but the customer service is down right atrocious. Run the other way as fast as you can. I’ll take my cash to another place and even pay more to do so. Bad business and customer service should not be rewarded!

I talked to a salesman/manager Brooks i believe , was interested in a car that i came across. I’m 5 hours away and i asked about the car because i read the carfax report , 2 accidents on the car and some issues with the title ( Salvage ) but it seemed like he didn’t want to hear it so he hung up on me and now they lost a customer. I need a whole car that they have in their junkyard. They flat out refuse to sell it. I have never known a business that profits off of selling you their products to not sell you their products. The price quoted for the individual parts needed was so high that I literally went out and bought a running driving car of the same year for less. All I want to do is fix up my car and they have the parts I need. If they offered a reasonable price I would gladly pay them for it but they apparently cant set a price that is cheap enough to be worth it. I will literally go out of state trailer another car back here paying for rental fees for the trailer, gas, time, and the price of the car and still save money in comparison.

Yeah, these guys aren't exactly friendly, helpful, or really of any overall decently respectable demeanor. Had to call about three different places before I got the phone number to some stranger who requested me to send him a photo of the part that I needed even though I knew what it was and knew the specifications. He would only except a text message to Photo and that was how he was going to find it. Turns out they had what I needed, but didn't give me a price until I got there. When I got there I knew what the new part would cost and they basically quoted me the same price on a used part. I figured this meant that there was some room for negotiation, but the second I open my mouth the guy over spoke me and said that he could get it for brand-new $100 more right now if I want it. Even though that's not what they cost.
Honestly I really wouldn't of even mind paying that same price if they had had the part ready to go when I got there. But no of course not. Had to awkwardly standing in the lobby for a good 30 to 40 minutes with a cranky guy at the front desk not wanting to negotiate have a conversation or even egg knowledge my existence until the part finally came out from one of the yard workers. Decent part, but way overpriced and just absolutely deplorable customer service, which is a pretty low bar to reach as a junkyard.
Just a note, if you do end up buying parts from there, they will often write BAP standing for Bloomington auto parts on each part that they give you. If you're not doing the work yourself make sure that your mechanic knows that it's Bloomington auto parts logo, and doesn't say "bad" because it could easily be mistaken with the hand writing quality of the yard worker.
In all reality, just avoid this place. Unless it is your only option for the part you need don't even bother trying to deal with these guys. They're unhelpful, unwelcoming and just overall cranky. Also did I mention how overpriced they are?
Better off at a AutoZone or other new parts store. Especially because you know that it's going to be A better quality part for about the same price, and usually will come with a lifetime warranty – which of course junkyard parts don't. I don't even buy parts here for my project car let alone my daily driver anymore after two bad experiences.

I called and asked if they had an aluminum rim for my 2004 Corolla. I'm working on replacing the junk donut wheel. So I don't care what it looks like, as long as it's aluminum.
The clerk quoted a whopping $100 price, plus exchanging an aluminum rim, which I do not have!
