This is an AMAZING company. Their prime focus is on Customer Service and making sure you are satisfied. I recently bought a very rare and hard to find part for my limeted edition vehicle. I called several different companies. 50 States was not only the only company to find my part, but they were in continuous contact with me to make sure the part was correct and was indeed satifactory. The Auto Parts business has a poor enough stigma.. Not these guys. They are true form and 100% dedicated to customer servicew. Made an appointment through the MyChevrolet app, added notes for the service appointment and everything. Email and text confirmation of my appointment. Show up and they tell me there's no appointment! Then say there's issues with the system and I had to fill out a sheet from scratch for service. Then say the 30k mile maintenance can't be done because I opted to not have them change my cabin air filter for 70 bucks, when I can do it myself for 17. And also charging me 35 bucks to use oil and filter I brought in myself because they don't carry what I use. Excuse me but I'm not sure that's how this works, I have been the only owner of my car from 23 miles on the odometer and I am pretty sure scheduled warranty maintenance needs to be done by the book and if a customer wants to save 50 bucks on ONE ITEM that's their prerogative.

The first time I scheduled a pickup of my vehicle, I got a call 15 minutes after the allotted time saying the driver would not be there, rescheduled for the next day. Second time no call now show. Just got off the phone for the third time waiting at the scheduled time and was told the truck has not left yet. If you can avoid, do so. Poor service, unorganized, and unhelpful.
