For several years I have taken my recyles there 3-4 times a year out of convenience, closest to home, and not for their pricing. Quite frankly they just don't pay well and their scales leave me in doubt that they are accurate but they are closest to home and therefore I tolerate it until today. I brought my aluminum cans and to my shock they deducted 1/2 pound because they claimed the cans had water in them. This amounted to all of about 13 or 14 cents. Out of principle I balked at the audacity and the balls they have to even mention it no less do it. I then had this goon, must have been the owner, that popped out of the office to confront me and we exchanged pleasantries if you know what I mean. I told him how I felt and that I would gladly take my business elsewhere. There are too many businesses out there that welcome and are appreciative of business. This isn't one of them.

Towed a trailer all the way there because their hours state open until 5pm. Got there at 4:47. Not a single person there, sealed up tight. If you're going to leave early and close at least change your hours on your sign and on google. Don't waste people's time. Wish i could give them 0 stars.

Not a great company, they charge outrageous shipping fees,send defective parts and then refuse to refund shipping. Employees are rude and not helpful. Hoye tractor is a division of this company. Ended up at Southern Global tractors, very nice and helpful.

I ordered a seal kit for my tractor and they sent the wrong one. I finally after a few emails got a return label and sent it back. That was in July and I still haven't received my refund. This was thru Tractor Joe website which I was informed was bought out by this company. I have to call 2 or 3 times just to talk to someone because they won't answer emails. Extremely disappointed

Great bunch of parts guys that are very knowledgeable about cars. Prices are great and affordable. They get the parts right the first time and I never had to go back because they gave me the wrong parts. Not like the other parts stores when you have to take two trips to show them what part you need because 9 out of 10 times they give you the wrong parts. I call them show and tell parts guys and your wasting time and money and gas for a double trip to them. Give Dennis auto a try and you will see the better pricing and the knowledge of these great bunch of fellas.

No roaming of car accessories, and air fresheners here. Dennis Auto Parts sells parts, at a great value.
If you want turtle wax, you're still in luck. I'm sure Dennis Auto Part's great inventory will introduce you to something better.

Their parts are so expensive, i bought a Serpentime belt for my truck and was told over the phone it was $17.99 all to get there and it cost $30.30 when i looked the part up online the belt cost $12.99 and $11.99 at two different places, i called back to complain and he looked up another one all to say $23.99 now i Wouldn’t mind paying a few more bucks but a extra $17 is just insane to me. This is not the first time I’ve caught this, so i have decided i will not be purchasing not one more item from them. Thumbs down on this place, they can go to hell as far as i am concerned.
