Needed a spare tire and the tire place I was at called this place and they said they had what I needed in stock. I went to pick it up and the receptionist was rude and spoke to me like I was stupid. Told me I needed to place an order and couldn't just show up since she can't answer phones and get parts at the same time. I also had trouble finding the front entrance since it is not marked and there is no door handle on the door. When I called to ask where to come in she was rude over that as well. :/

I blew a tire and was running on a spare late in the day on Good Friday, and most tire shops were closed or closing. On a whim, I searched junk yards in the area, and dialed up the first one that came up. It was after hours, but I happened to catch the owner as he is as stopping in to finish something up. Even though he was technically closed for the day, he was so very kind and eager to try to help me find what I needed. Not only did he find a quality tire for me right away, but he stayed to load it into my vehicle and wished me a Happy Easter and sent me on my way (free of charge!). This is a perfect example of what I missed so much when living in Arizona for the last almost 7 years ..Midwest people are the BEST kind of people! I don't enjoy the cold weather, but it sure reminded me how nice it is to be back home in the Midwest! I highly recommend this place!

If you want to get what you deserve for the specific types of scrap that you bring in, show up with plenty of time to ensure everything's accurate! They're well aware of what you bring, it's up to you to personally ensure accuracy! If you bring in #1 copper, make sure to tell them it's not #2!! If you bring in brass, tell em! If you bring in transformers or other valuable pieces, tell em & any other specifics you feel that needs to be addressed! Oh and lastly, if you haul in any pieces that are in containers that you'd like back, be sure to communicate that as well...I don't believe that they're out to get over on anyone personally, they're busy with lots going on at all times & if you're naive or new to the game, it's easy to see specifics get missed! At least that's the opinion I'd like to hold about this location. Thanks
